Week 3

I have successfully completed 2 full weeks of going to WOA.  I had to take Saturday off because I had the baby and it was her birthday.  However, Jordy and I also ate at Shoney's and once we crashed the diet we decided to also go to Baskin Robbins and really just kill it all together.  In saying this, I went to WOA twice on Sunday.  J, Kyla & I went at 3:00 and then went back at 8:00 and did a work out both times.

Last week I am taking pictures of myself this afternoon to see the changes as they happen.  If you happen upon this blog, please be kind.  I already know it isn't sexy at this time. 

I have been trying to eat a yogurt with granola in the mornings.  Lunch is a tad harder, I bring in leftovers or a frozen meal and dinner is the real bear, trying to find something that all of the family will eat.  That one is mainly portion control.

J and I have been going to WOA every evening at 7:30 and doing 20 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes in the equipment.
