I have joined the weight loss contest at work. It's week one for them and 3 for me. I was however happy to see that the scales here state I have actually lost 8 lbs. We are the Melt-A-Weigh Minions. This is the photo of me today. I was getting kind of discouraged yesterday. I went into WOA during the day to tan and since it wasn't busy I decided to talk to the guy behind the desk. I asked him, when would I see some fruits of this labor. Both he and the fella sitting next to him chimed in and asked me what I had been doing. (1 mile on Rolling Hills with speeds between 3.0 - 3.5 and 20 minutes of equipment workout) They both said I needed to change it up regularly. When I went in last night, I put the hills on steep for 5 minutes but that was the only change I made. While I was doing this, I noticed that I have been looking at the same folks for 3 weeks now and since my routine has me facing the weight area it left me wondering if these guys are correct. I say this because they always do the same regimen. They are always lifting and rarely doing cardio. Who know's who is right but we will see soon. I am hoping after a month, I will notice less dimples in my behind and hopefully that gut will decrease.
