This Weeks Photo
I realize this is for accountability and all but darnit, I wish I could see some pay off, just a little. It will happen. It didn't take weeks to get this out of shape. It will take months or maybe a year to get to looking better. No surgery, no meds, strictly diet and exercise.

Good Day All, So this week I tread milled at WOA Mon & Tues and on Tuesday night it was super busy so I couldn't get on the treadmill so I tried the bicycle that J is always riding. I put the level on 6 and rode it for 2 miles. To my surprise when the treadmill came open and I got on it walking on 3.5 and it didn't ache like it had been so maybe the treadmill readied me for the higher speed. I am really not sure but grateful nonetheless.
When I workout, I am always trying to find something in there that will help me out with my waist. I am not ready to so situps in public, there is just so much embarrassment that my big self can take and doing sit ups in a room full of buffs or barbies , I am just not ready for yet. In saying that I had been eyeballing this weight bench at Kmart. I passed by it last week and said to self, I should buy that. So we left WOA and beelined over to Kmart and I purchased the bench.
David put it together fairly easily, it was larger than I thought it was going to be, but it was sturdy and well made.
Last night, Wednesday, I worked out on it. I did 4 intervals of 25 sit ups and then I laid back on it and lifted my legs roughly 20 times. I thought I would be in terrible shape this morning but to my surprise I was not as sore as I thought I would be. Is it progress or did I not do enough, I am not sure but I am proud of myself.
The bench and I are going to be great friends and enemies I am sure.
